Aroma Reflexology combines two deeply therapeutic treatments to add an extra dimension to your reflexology treatment, this offers a double opportunity to help shift some long-term symptoms and conditions and promotes physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Essential oils are extracted from flowers, leaves, seeds, roots, fruits and woods - each oil has its own unique therapeutic properties and distinct and unique aroma. Research has shown they possess stimulant, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, uplifting and relaxant properties amongst many other benefits.

Specific oils have regulating, antispasmodic and stimulating physiological properties which make them invaluable where there is an imbalance in the body or spasm, for example with irregular, absent or painful periods. The blend will aim to perfectly suit your emotional and physical needs.

Ally will take an initial consultation in order to blend 3 especially and individually chosen essential oils in an organic cream to be used each night to help with your presented symptoms. To optimize the benefits of aroma-reflexology, please expect to commit to a minimum of 3 reflexology treatments in addition to using the cream at home.
